Ms. Oda joined Reborna in January 2020, inspired by the company’s founding philosophy of “contributing to society through drug discovery.” She currently leads the company’s financial and business strategy and plays a central role in supporting Reborna’s continued growth and corporate development. Her mission is to translate Reborna’s cutting-edge science into corporate and strategic value.
Prior to joining Reborna, Ms. Oda spent more than 20 years in the equity investment industry, building extensive experience in equity research and investing at leading global financial institutions, including Credit Suisse First Boston, Salomon Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley. At Morgan Stanley, she served as Senior Analyst, Head of the Japanese Retail Sector, and Executive Director. She later moved to the buy side, joining Arena Capital Management as a founding member in 2013, and subsequently served as Chief Analyst of Japan Equity at LIM Advisors until 2018, covering investments across a broad range of industries, including healthcare.
Ms. Oda holds a B.A. from Sophia University.
