Xiang-Qun (Sean) Xie, PhD, EMBA, is : • Founder and CSO | Chairman of the Board of ID4Pharma, a clinical-stage precision oncology biotech company developing first-in-class therapeutics for hematologic malignancies. • He is the inventor of ID4Pharma’s global IP technology platform and the lead oncology program • Received FDA IND clearance advancing toward first-in-human clinical studies for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), a disease with unmet medical need. • Dr. Xie is Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh and an internationally recognized leader in AI-enabled drug discovery, structure-based medicinal chemistry, translational pharmacology, and precision oncology. His research innovations and MOA studies have contributed to >250 publications in leading journals, including CELL, Nat Comm, PNAS, Leukemia, JMC, and multiple patent families of therapeutic development. • As Director and PI of NIH Center of Excellence, Dr. Xie successfully led multidisciplinary programs integrating AI drug discovery, translational science, and commercialization. He serves as a Charter Member of the U.S. FDA Science Board and has extensive experience advancing innovations from discovery through regulatory development and strategic partnering.
