Dr. Weihai He is Chief Business Officer at ImmuneOnco and a seasoned life sciences executive with over two decades of experience spanning business development, commercialization, strategic marketing, and R&D.
Before joining ImmuneOnco, she served as the Board of Supervisor of the Global Health Drug Discovery Institute and was Deputy Director of Business Development and Licensing at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, leading strategic partnerships for high-impact global health initiatives.
Dr. He previously held senior leadership roles at Evive Biotech as SVP and Head of Global Business Development and Commercialization, and at Merck KGaA as Senior Director and Head of Business Development at its Silicon Valley Innovation Center. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Genentech, with prior research roles at Genospectra and Tularik.
She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Biology from Peking University.
