Previously he was President and CEO of Igdrasol- developer of 2nd generation Abraxane- where he pioneer the regulatory pathway for approval of paclitaxel nanomedicine through a single bioequivalence trial against Abraxane. When Igdrasol merged with Sorrento Therapeutics, he became CSO and Board Director. He was Board Director of Cenomed- a company focusing on CNS drug development.
