Ms. Sanzone has served as ICU Medical’s Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since January 2018. Prior to 2018, Ms. Sanzone served as the Company’s Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from August of 2015 to January 2018. Prior to ICU Medical, Ms. Sanzone held various roles at CareFusion and last served as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Business Segments & Americas. Ms. Sanzone begun her career at Morrison and Foerster, Denver, in the Corporate Group.
