Vinay Shah is a Partner and Founding Team Member at Transformation Capital, a venture capital and growth equity firm that invests in technology and services businesses transforming healthcare delivery and operations. Having grown up in a family of physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare entrepreneurs, Vinay witnessed firsthand how inspiring yet frustrating it can be to work within a complex, fragmented healthcare system. He is committed to supporting solutions that delight patients, providers, and other healthcare stakeholders. He currently serves on the boards of Rad AI, Ketryx, Solstice, and Grow Therapy. Before joining Transformation Capital, Vinay held roles at Longitude Capital and Bain & Company. He earned an AB in Public Policy from Princeton University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Wharton. Based in Los Angeles, Vinay is a lifelong Lakers fan, avid skier, and recreational tennis and padel player.
