Victoria Walsh

Victoria Walsh is currently a Director within the New Ventures & Strategic Alliances team at Labcorp. In this role, Victoria supports Labcorp’s mission to improve health, improve lives by leading sourcing, diligence, and execution of external partnerships and strategic investments across drug discovery/development, diagnostics, and adjacent life sciences and healthcare related fields. Victoria has more than 13 years of experience with Labcorp, most recently as Global Head, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacometrics as part of the Biopharma Laboratory Solutions business. During this time, she drove scientific and business strategy leading to launch of new service lines, global expansion, and financial growth. Prior to joining Labcorp in 2011, Victoria spent nearly a decade in the biopharma space with Array BioPharma, holding various roles of increasing scope and responsibility and contributing to multiple IND programs which ultimately achieved FDA approval. Victoria holds a BA in Chemistry from University of Northern Colorado, a MS in Pharmacology from Michigan State University, and MBA from University of Wisconsin. Victoria serves as a Board Observer for Labcorp Venture Fund portfolio companies and is also an active volunteer in the Labcorp Women’s Empowerment Network and Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. Victoria currently resides in Montana with her husband, where they enjoy all the great outdoors have to offer.
