Vaishnavi Narayan is Head of AI Engineering at GATC Health, where she leads the development of advanced AI systems for drug discovery and development. Her work focuses on building end-to-end platforms that integrate multi-omics data, generative modeling, and predictive analytics to accelerate therapeutic innovation. At GATC, she has led the design and deployment of multiple AI-driven systems spanning target discovery, de novo molecule generation, drug-target activity prediction, and co-administration strategies. Her recent work explores agentic AI frameworks that move beyond static modeling toward systems capable of iterative optimization, contextual reasoning, and decision support in scientific workflows. Vaish has a background in computer science and engineering, with prior research experience applying machine learning to healthcare data. She is particularly interested in translating advanced AI into real-world biopharma workflows, with a focus on trust, validation, and scalable deployment in drug discovery.
