Tran Le is General Manager, Life Sciences at Hippocratic AI, and co-founder of Grove AI (acq. by Hippocratic AI). Diagnosed with multiple chronic conditions, she experienced firsthand the frustrations of enrolling in clinical trials, motivating her to build more participant-centric solutions. As an AI researcher at Stanford Medicine, Tran developed systems to improve patient engagement and streamline clinical trial operations. At Hippocratic AI, she now applies that expertise more broadly, leading the development of AI agents for the life sciences in collaboration with leading life science professionals and AI engineers. Tran holds a BS in Computer Science (AI) and an MS in Management, both from Stanford University.
