Tom Klima is the Chief Commercial and Operating Officer at bluebird bio, where he is guided by his deep passion for patients and experience across multiple commercial roles in both rare diseases and oncology. Before joining bluebird in 2021, Mr. Klima served as Chief Commercial Officer at Gamida Cell and previously held leadership roles at Atara Biotherapeutics, Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, and Algeta ASA. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Western State College.
