Mr. Belski serves as the BioMaP Program Director, developing the domestic physical infrastructure, manufacturing platforms, and supply chain capable of producing medical countermeasures at scale to support public health emergencies. Mr. Belski has been with BARDA since 2019. Before joining BARDA, Tim served for 14 years in various leadership roles with the Department of Defense's Joint Program Executive Officer for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense. Mr. Belski earned his bachelor of science degree in Environmental Science from Westminster College and his Masters in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University.
