Takeshi Ohno brings more than 25 years of industry experience and over the past 12 years has focused his work in business development at Asahi Kasei Pharma. He is currently an Executive Officer for Global Pharmaceuticals Business Development of Asahi Kasei Pharma and a Chief Business Officer of Veloxis Pharmaceuticals. He is leading M&A, Business Development & Licensing and Corporate Venture Capital teams covering from pharmaceuticals prior to human proof-of-concept to on market products as well as accessing innovative research and technologies in the academic, pharma, and biotech community. Takeshi also has industry experience in scientific roles in Asahi Kasei Pharma for more than 15 years and has a PhD degree in Chemistry from Hokkaido University.
