Tabari M. Baker, PhD, is a life sciences executive, entrepreneur, and scientific innovator working at the intersection of Medical Affairs strategy and early-stage medical device commercialization. He is the Founder and CEO of kronos scientifica., a Medical Affairs as a Service (MAaaS) consultancy delivering fractional, scalable medical affairs infrastructure to biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device clients across the development continuum. He concurrently serves as Chief Operating Officer of BioMetal Health, an early-stage medical device startup developing absorbable metal implants, where he architects the company's dual-pathway FDA regulatory strategy and leads commercial launch planning through 510(k) clearance.
Dr. Baker brings more than a decade of executive medical affairs leadership, having previously served as Vice President of Global Medical Affairs at BioPorto Diagnostics and Director of Strategic Healthcare Partnerships at Roche Diagnostics. He holds a PhD in Tumor Biology from Georgetown University's Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center and a BS in Chemistry from Morehouse College.
