Stefanie A. Schubert is a Negotiation Advisor and ICF-certified Executive Coach, helping leaders navigate strategic challenges and influence outcomes using Game Theory. She also serves as a Keynote Speaker and Professor of Economics at SRH University Heidelberg, where she leads the Economics Group and the International Business Bachelor program. Her work focuses on strategic decision-making, game theory, and alliances, with publications in leading international peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Health Economics.
Her professional experience spans Alliance Management and the Biopharma industry, alongside a strong commitment to supporting leaders and organizations across industries and geographies. She serves in various board roles, including the Advisory Board of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP), and is DACH Chapter Co-Lead for European Women on Boards (EWOB).
