Spencer Carter has an MBA and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry. Throughout his career he has worked primarily in leadership roles in bioanalytical CROs that support the pharmaceutical industry. Those companies include Covance and Charles River. Spencer has been involved in all aspects of the scientific side including method development, validation, and bioanalytical sample analysis. Through his leadership roles, some of his responsibilities included business development, strategic and financial planning, and employee development. In his current role at Gan & Lee, Spencer leads Business Development efforts in the US, working closely with the Business Development team in China. In addition, he continues to oversee the US office's bioanalytical activities.
