As Director of the Office of Health & Welfare at JETRO New York, he oversees Health & Welfare's activities on behalf of JETRO Tokyo and promotes mutually beneficial trade and economic relations between the United States and Japan. His activities may include the provision of information and material relating to the Japanese economy and business. Although the services he provides for JETRO Tokyo are not believed to be "political activities" as defined by the Act, he may provide information and/or material relating to the Japanese economy and business to interested parties in the United States.
