Shane Chase is the Global Head of Privacy, Ethics and Policy Governance at Illumina. In this role she has built and led Illumina’s global privacy and human rights programs as well as related policy development and stakeholder engagement, including with Illumina’s Ethics Advisory Board. Shane has a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris, and a B.A. in History and French from UCLA.
