CEO Seo Yun Jo, MD, Ph.D., is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JHK Medical Science Inc., founded in 2020. The company focuses on developing blood-based diagnostic solutions for neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer’s disease and mild cognitive impairment (MCI), with an emphasis on early, accessible, and high-precision detection. CEO Seo Yun Jo earned both her M.D. and Ph.D. from Yonsei University College of Medicine and is trained in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). Her research has centered on the olfactory bulb and olfactory disorders, including studies on the transplantation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. Her work demonstrates a strong translational focus, bridging clinical insight with the development of innovative diagnostic approaches. Under her leadership, JHK Medical Science Inc. is advancing proprietary biomarker-based in vitro diagnostic technologies and progressing through clinical validation and regulatory pathways to support global commercialization. CEO Seo Yun Jo was awarded the Presidential Award at the 7th Government Public Data Utilization Startup Idea Competition in recognition of her contributions to healthcare innovation.
