Sandra Anderson is Sr. Vice President of International Commercialization at Cencora and brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience on both the manufacturer and consulting side. Focused on enterprise strategy, innovation, and commercialization for specialty manufacturers, Sandra has overseen numerous initiatives within the commercialization space including new business development, digital innovation, stakeholder relations, pharmacovigilance, quality, regulatory affairs, market access, and health policy advocacy. Through this work in her career, Sandra has supported a number of specialty launches in Canada and globally. As a result, she deeply understands the commercialization journey for emerging biotechs as they navigate the international market, having supported many of them on their entry into different regions globally. In her current role as SVP International Commercialization, Sandra leads the International Commercialization team focused on guiding small to medium business manufacturer partners through their commercialization journey and to proactively ensure we are providing them with the right solutions to support their global launches in an integrated way. Sandra is an international speaker who focuses on the complexity of bringing a product to market in the various global regulatory environments and how to bridge the gaps for optimal success. She is an expert in the rare disease space and chaired the Canadian Orphan Rare Disease Patient group for a number of years. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and an MBA focusing on International Marketing, Sandra is also a Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA).
