Sam Zucker

Sam Zucker is a partner in Goodwin’s Life Sciences group. Sam has years of experience working on corporate transactions for life sciences, biotech, and healthcare companies globally, representing companies, investors, and investment banks. His financing experience ranges from venture capital and private equity financings to public company securities offerings, including IPO’s, follow-ons, CMPOs, ATM’s, registered directs, PIPEs, and SPAC-adjacent financing. He also handles SEC and Nasdaq regulatory matters. Sam represents both buyers and sellers in a wide range of mergers and acquisitions. He advises management and boards of directors on corporate governance and critical strategic matters – from general corporate, to capital markets and financing strategies, to business combinations and corporate development.
