Sam Sinai is a scientist-entrepreneur advancing genetic medicine through artificial intelligence. As Co-founder and Head of Machine Learning at Dyno Therapeutics, he leads efforts to build frontier models that enable precise, hypothesis-driven design of therapies, focusing on in vivo delivery and protein engineering. His academic work pioneered the use of generative models for sequence design and includes publications in Science and Nature Biotechnology, as well as top AI venues such as NeurIPS. Before founding Dyno, Sam completed his PhD in Mathematical and Computational Biology at Harvard, and received his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Computer Science and AI from MIT.
