Ryan MacDonald is Vice President, Corporate Development at Bristol Myers Squibb where he leads mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and outlicensing activities for the company. With over 15 years in life science corporate development, finance, and capital markets, he brings significant industry experience and expertise to his role. Prior to joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Mr. MacDonald most recently served as Vice President at Novavax in roles that were responsible for Corporate Development, Capital Markets, and Strategic Finance. He previously spent 8 years at Pfizer in Corporate Development in roles of increasing responsibility. His early career included investment banking at MTS Health Partners and consulting at Deloitte. Mr. MacDonald holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond.
