Ruchira Glaser, MD, MSCE, is the Executive Vice President, Global Head Cardiovascular Renal Metabolism Development at Novartis where she leads the clinical portfolio and clinical development teams across all therapeutic areas. With over 15 years of experience, Ruchira has been instrumental in improving clinical capabilities across global teams.
Ruchira began her career as an assistant professor of medicine in the cardiovascular division at the University of Pennsylvania, later holding senior roles in clinical development at Moderna and GSK.
She earned a master’s degree in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Doctor of Medicine and bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
