CDR Robert Kosko, a commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Service, currently serves as a Senior Program Management Officer for the Drug Shortage Staff within the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). As a drug supply subject matter expert, he provides guidance related to actual or potential drug shortages to senior representatives from CDER, the FDA, other Federal Agencies, and regulated industry. He has been a member of CDER’s Drug Shortage Staff since 2012, serves as the FDA’s international drug shortage lead, and is a member of the agency’s Supply Chain Council. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, a Master of Public Health degree, and is certified in regulatory affairs and public health.
