Rebecca Charnas Grant is Senior Director, Associate General Counsel at Genentech, where she handles IP and general litigation and related counseling and co-leads legal IP policy efforts. Before coming to Genentech, Rebecca was a Principal at Fish & Richardson, focusing on patent litigation. She clerked on the Federal Circuit for the Honorable Arthur Gajarsa and on the Second Circuit for the Honorable Guido Calabresi.
