Raymond Doss is an Associate General Counsel in Amgen’s Intellectual Property & Litigation Law Group. Raymond is responsible for co-leading Amgen’s worldwide Large Molecule and Oncology IP groups. He is also responsible for ensuring that Amgen’s worldwide patent prosecution strategy adapts to the rapidly changing IP landscape. At Amgen, Raymond collaborates with colleagues across functions including those in Business Development, talent recruitment and retainment, Compliance, Transactions Law, and Regulatory Law to ensure that Amgen is positioned to serve patients. In light of his experiences in patent prosecution and contested cases (IPRs, litigations, and oppositions), Raymond believes that thoughtful, fact-based policymaking is best suited to benefit patients and protect critical medical innovations.
