Quazi Ataher is the Head of Epidemiology and Evidence at CSL Behring. He leads a team that enables informed clinical, medical, safety, and regulatory decisions across the product lifecycle using real-world and patient-reported evidence.
He is a physician and epidemiologist with two decades of experience in the application of pharmacoepidemiology and observational research in the pharmaceutical industry. He has led the generation of real-world evidence in diverse therapeutic areas for decision making in both pre- and post-authorization settings.
Prior to joining CSL Behring, Dr. Ataher was Safety Epidemiology Group Lead for the Pfizer Established Health and Consumer Health businesses. He received his medical degree from Chittagong Medical College in Bangladesh, an MHS in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a PhD in Epidemiology from Emory University.
