Portia Badham is a marketing and PR consultant with extensive experience in communications strategy, social media, digital content, media relations and media training, and event planning. She has held positions and also had clients in health care, advertising and cable television. Her journalism background includes work as a reporter, radio news anchor and TV news writer. While she is a cancer survivor, Portia considers herself a thriver. Diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2013 and 2021, she serves a member on patient advisory councils for a New York-area hospital and a pharma company. She also spent the last 10 years running marathons and hiking to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training program.
