Paul Thibodeau is a biopharma executive with over 20 years of experience in strategy, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, integration, portfolio prioritization, policy and strategic planning. Paul has worked in a number of publicly traded and VC-backed biotech companies as well as in pharma. Paul currently holds the position of Global Head of Search & Evaluation at Novartis, where he leads a team responsible for identifying and evaluating business development opportunities across all of Novartis’ core therapeutic areas and platforms. Paul earned a Ph.D. from the Université de Sherbrooke and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He also completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at INSERM in Paris, France.
