Noreen Manning

Noreen Manning serves as Vice President, Reimbursement, at Castle Biosciences. She joined Castle in May 2014 as Director, Reimbursement, bringing more than 15 years of experience in medical billing and project management, and was promoted to Executive Director, Reimbursement, in April 2018. In her current role, Ms. Manning oversees billing operations, as well as payer policy and contract implementation. She has successfully grown the reimbursement function at Castle to support increasing demands for payer engagement and communication. Prior to joining Castle, Ms. Manning served as Associate Director of Reimbursement at Integrated Diagnostics Inc. and as an Account Executive at Quadax Inc. She specializes in the design, implementation, and management of reimbursement programs for molecular diagnostic start-up laboratories.
