Nitya Sridhar works at Power, a clinical trial marketplace that connects patients, sites and sponsors where she works directly with their biotech clients. Prior to Power, Nitya has worked across a range of roles at Amgen including leading a retrospective analysis of eligibility criteria for oncology clinical trials as well as execution forecasts for a priority brand and oncology launch at the company. Outside of Amgen, Nitya runs a chapter of Bits in Bio, a community of founders and operators building at the intersection of science and software. She is eager to elevate active engagement and discussion around the role of AI and ML in driving shifts across biotech.
