Niki Carelli, JD

Niki Carelli is a Principal at DB3 and Of Counsel with Baker Donelson. She serves as Executive Director of the Coalition to Stop Flu, a group of 30 organizations leading the fight against seasonal and pandemic influenza. Niki has more than 15 years of experience representing health care organizations before Congress and the Executive Branch. Her clients have included nonprofits, drug and device manufacturers, health systems, insurers, pharmacies, state governments, and health IT companies. Niki’s areas of expertise include biodefense and public health, the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid funding and compliance, and Medicare reimbursement. Niki also counsels clients on congressional investigations and federal laws and rules governing lobbying and ethics. Niki has been named one of Washington’s Top Lobbyists by The Hill. Niki was previously an associate with DLA Piper. She earned her J.D., with distinction, from Stanford University in 2008 and her B.A., with distinction, from Stanford in 2004.
