Nikhilesh Singh, M.Pharm, PhD, is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of DIMERx, Inc. He has founded three companies and was a key contributor to the development of Intermezzo (zolpidem tartrate sublingual tablet), an FDA-approved treatment for middle-of-the-night insomnia, demonstrating a track record of advancing novel pharmaceutical compounds from concept through regulatory approval.
Dr. Singh is the inventor of the buprenorphine dimer technology underlying DMX-101, a first-in-class peripherally acting, non-addictive analgesic for chronic pain. He holds advanced degrees in pharmaceutical sciences with deep expertise in drug design, medicinal chemistry, and opioid pharmacology.
