Nenad Paunovic

Nenad Paunovic is Group Chief Business Officer at Swiss Rockets AG, where he leads business development, strategic partnerships, and investor engagement across the company’s biotech portfolio. He brings over 30 years of experience spanning startups, consulting, and government, with a strong focus on building innovation ecosystems and scaling high-growth initiatives. Since 2021, he has been involved in the development of BIO4 Campus in Belgrade, one of the largest emerging biotech hubs in South-Eastern Europe, supporting partnerships with global pharma and biotech companies. Previously, Nenad served as Advisor in the Office of the Prime Minister of Serbia, where he played a key role in advancing the country’s digital and biotech economy, contributing to major policy reforms and the development of the national startup ecosystem. He was also co-founder and President of the Serbian Venture Network (SeVeN), organizer of the Belgrade Venture Forum. Earlier in his career, he founded EDGE, a revenue growth consultancy that worked with companies across multiple industries to drive strategic growth. He holds an EMBA from Cotrugli Business School.
