Michelle Wong is Vice President of Operations at Octant, a Bay Area based, preclinical small molecule drug discovery company developing correctors for protein misfolding diseases. In her current role, she is responsible for several functions including legal; information security; lab operations and facilities; HR and recruiting; marketing and communications; and supporting the build of clinical operations as Octant advances its programs into the clinic. Before joining Octant, Michelle advised the asset management industry as an attorney at Dechert and worked in sales, training and marketing at Ortho Biotech, a Johnson & Johnson company. In addition to her law degree from Northwestern University, Michelle received her MBA from Drexel University and a B.S. in health studies from Georgetown University.
