Michael took the helm of the business in April 2024, having previously been Chief Strategy Officer. He joined from Philip Morris International, where he held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Commercialization. He was previously a Senior Partner at a management consulting firm, Bain & Company. He has decades of experience withing the pharmaceutical and consumer health industries in commercial strategy, and has a deep understanding of consumer, physician, payor and patient perspectives. Michael has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from European Business School in Germany.
