Megan Dann Fesinmeyer, PhD, MPH joined Amgen’s Center for Observational Research (CfOR) in 2022. She has been part of several company initiatives focusing on improving representation of diverse populations in clinical trials, primarily by leveraging real world data. In other roles at Amgen, Megan led patient and physician insights research for Amgen Biosimilars and Amgen Digital Health. Prior to Amgen, Megan had several research-focused roles at Seattle Children’s Hospital, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and the University of Washington, where she published over 30 papers in the fields of genetic epidemiology, health disparities, and cancer epidemiology. She holds PhD and MPH degrees in Public Health Genetics from the University of Washington, and a BS in Genetics from the University of California, Davis.
