Meena Narayanan, PhD

Meena Narayanan holds a PhD in Allergy/ Immunology from Medical University of Vienna, Austria. A multicultural global citizen with wonderful professional and personal experiences from Asia, Europe and now in the US. Currently, she is working as a Principal Scientist in CMC - ADQC discipline at Genentech (Roche group, Legacy - Poseida Therapeutics). She is a CMC professional with four years of experience in Analytical Method Development, Qualification, QC tech transfer, cross-functional PD/AD/QC collaborations with a strong focus on advanced therapies/ Cell and Gene Therapies. She is passionate about driving cross-functional collaborations towards enhanced product understanding to advance pipeline programs.
During her downtime, she loves serving at selected biotech forums including AWIS and Biocom as a Mentor, Co-Chair and in Board Leadership role. She strongly believes in giving back to the scientific community at the same time expanding the breadth and depth of her experience in mentoring, team building and leadership.
