Matthew joined Oxford Biotherapeutics in 2022 and has since been dedicated primarily to external innovation, coordinating and delivering target validation data for partnership programs and business development, developing content and strategies for future partnerships. Currently, he serves as the Alliance and Program Manager of the TCE programs for both the Roche and Zymeworks collaborations. Additionally, he oversees the internal preclinical ADC and bispecific development pipeline. He has a Master of Science degree from UC Berkeley and brings years of experience in early-stage biotech startups. He is passionate about maximizing the quality and quantity of science produced every day!
