Matthew is a Foreign Service Commercial Officer with the U.S. Department of Commerce in Boston, where he connects American businesses with global markets and promotes foreign investment into the United States. His distinguished public service career includes roles with USAID as a Contract Officer and Director of Communications in Azerbaijan, as well as positions with the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. With experience spanning five continents, Matthew has successfully navigated challenging assignments in Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, India, Montenegro, and Pakistan. His background also includes leadership roles in multinational corporations and founding two private business ventures, demonstrating a unique blend of diplomatic and entrepreneurial expertise.
