Mariana Mihalusova is a biotech investor at Venrock, serving on multiple boards including Interdict Bio, and an observer at Mythic, Ocelot Bio, MBrace, and Tisento. With extensive experience spanning drug development stages from preclinical to marketing approval, her expertise lies in bridging the gap between discovery and clinical validation. Before her tenure at Venrock, she held executive positions at Celgene Corporation, overseeing global development for numerous drugs in a variety of therapeutic areas, from their early stages to clinical proof-of-concept. Mariana holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Harvard University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Sc.B. in Biochemistry from Brown University. She is also a member of the Key Advisory Board for the HBS Blavatnik Fellowship in Life Science Entrepreneurship.
