Mai Zymaris is Counsel in the Transactions Practice Group and the Life Sciences Industry Group of Baker McKenzie. She advises companies and research institutions in the life sciences sector on licensing and collaborations, manufacturing and supply agreements and commercial agreements as well as the intellectual property aspects of their M&A transactions. Mai is a native Vietnamese and practiced law in Vietnam before embarking on US legal education and practice. Mai speaks at General Counsel conferences at MassBio and various life sciences conferences at Tufts University.
