Lesbeth Rodriguez, current Director of Regulatory Policy and Innovation at Bayer is a regulatory policy professional with over twenty years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with extensive knowledge of global regulatory frameworks. She is responsible for driving the global regulatory policy strategy for Cell and Gene therapy and CMC (all modalities) at Bayer. She represents Bayer at BIO, PhRMA and IFPMA cell and gene therapy committees/task forces. She is a member of the ICH Q13 IWG and the ICH CGT DG representing PhRMA in both groups. She holds a MS in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
