Kristin VanderPas is a partner in Cooley’s capital markets group. She focuses on representing issuers and investment banking firms in initial public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, with a particular emphasis on representing clients in the life sciences industry. Kristin also counsels public companies on Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and reporting, and advises clients in general corporate and securities law matters.
