Dr. Kimberly Myers is a leader in Deloitte's healthcare practice, with over 15 years of experience working with federal and healthcare nonprofit clients. Kim translates science into business strategy, with a focus on helping organizations leverage data assets to meet mission needs. She has experience managing large, complex biomedical science and translational research programs with successful results. She has a proven ability to build domestic and international partnerships, develop and implement strategic plans, and formulate science policy. In her former job with the National Institutes of Health/National Cancer Institute, Dr. Myers led the development of plans, policies, funding opportunities, and procedures on behalf of national biobanking efforts. Additionally, she aided in the development of novel small business funding opportunities and led the organization of Congressional Members-only briefings. Prior to that, she earned a Ph.D. in Virology from Harvard University and a B.S. in Biology from Middle Tennessee State University.
