Khai Pham, PhD
Founder & CEO
infinitusbio.ai
Dr. Khai Minh Pham combines Medicine (MD) and AI (PhD) from Sorbonne University and is a leading expert in Distributed AI with 30 years in the field. He created Macro‑connectionism, a unified neuro‑symbolic, Self‑aware Agentic AI in which the basic unit is not a neuron but an agent—a computational analogue of a neuronal assembly that processes information with full network‑level context.
The first generation of Macro‑connectionism powered his initial AI company, serving clients such as American Express, Chase, and Bank of America, and was acquired by E.piphany (Nasdaq: EPNY) for $637M.
The second generation now drives his current company, enabling the most advanced human digital cell clones for drug R&D. These models predict cellular behavior, target‑knockdown effects, and drug responses across preclinical and clinical stages, significantly de‑risking development.
Dr. Pham also served on the founding advisory board of Kwaai, a nonprofit dedicated to democratizing AI. He has delivered keynotes at AIDBio@JPM 2025, AIDBio@BIO 2024, the Kwaai Summit, and talks at BioTech Showcase, ChinaBio Forum, and Dresden International University’s Master Program in Clinical Research.
