Karen LaRochelle joined Merz Therapeutics in January 2025. With over 30 years in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, she leads the company’s business development and licensing strategy. She is responsible for advancing Merz Therapeutics’ product portfolio, driving business development opportunities, and achieving overall business goals. Karen has held senior roles in various organizations and has extensive experience in strategy and transactions. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
