Justin Guinney is SVP of Computational Biology and Cancer Genomics at Tempus AI. He leads the development of precision oncology models informed by Tempus’s large multimodal database. Previously, he was Vice President of Computational Oncology at Sage Bionetworks, where his team advanced key tools, including Geneset Variation Analysis (GSVA). He is also Director of the DREAM Challenges and an Affiliate Professor at the University of Washington. Dr. Guinney earned his Ph.D. in computational biology and bioinformatics from Duke University.
