Julie Gilmore is Vice President and Global Head for Gateway Labs by Lilly. Julie joined Lilly after earning her doctorate in Membrane Biophysics from Purdue University and her Postdoctoral Fellowship in Drug Transport from Indiana University School of Medicine. During her 20+ year career at Lilly, Julie has held several leadership and scientific positions of increasing responsibility across research and drug development, including Head of Information Sciences and Clinical Operations for Lilly Europe, Global Head of Scientific Communications, and Global Head of Portfolio Management for the Neurodegeneration and Pain Early Phase Portfolio. Julie sits on the Board of Directors for Biocom California, Mozart Therapeutics, IgGenix and the Board of Trustees for Franklin College. She is passionate about her role as a mentor and advisor to several university graduate school programs.
