Jonathan serves as Tr1X’s General Counsel & Head of Operations. Prior to joining Tr1X, he was a partner at Massumi & Consoli LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in private equity M&A. Prior to MCLLP, he was a member of the Technology Companies & Life Sciences group at Goodwin. Jon has represented venture-backed clients on a variety of matters, including complex domestic and cross-border transactions, financings and general corporate matters. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College and a JD from UCLA.
